COVID-19 Update

To ensure the safety of our environment and clientele, strict COVID 19 protocols are in place

We continue to adhere to the BC Province’s COVID-19 mandates and strive to always maintain a safe and secure environment for our staff and clientele. Proof of vaccination is not required; however, due to the nature of the industry we always require the use of masks and/or facial coverings while in the studio. Hand sanitizer will be provided, and we encourage frequent hand washing and limited personnel inside the studio.

Before:

*As this virus has a long incubation period, (during which carriers of the virus may not show symptoms and still are highly contagious.) It is impossible for us to determine who has it and who doesn’t. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any possible exposures*

Please do not come to your appointment if you have ANY signs of illness. We can reschedule your appointment within 30 days of your original appointment date after proof of a negative COVID-19 test has been provided. Rescheduling your appointment longer than 30 days from your original appointment date you will forfeit your deposit
We have extended the length between appointments to allow for cleaning between each person.
Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before scheduled appointment time. The door will be locked and we will let you in when we’re ready for you.
No accompanying guests to your appointments
Wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth, (if you do not have one, one will be provided)
Please eat beforehand as there is no food or drink allowed inside.
Proof of vaccination is not required.

Upon Entrance:

Everyone coming into the space has their temperature checked with a touchless, infrared thermometer.
Waiting will be restricted to designated seating area
Hand sanitizer will be provided

During Your Appointment:

Staff will be wearing masks.

After Your Appointment:

Keep your mask on while in the building (some exceptions can be made for facial tattooing – lips, scar camouflage around lips etc.)
Preferred forms of payment are: Debit, Visa, Mastercard (Tap function isn’t available for purchases over $100).
Use hand sanitizer upon exiting
We will be following up with you if anyone has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in close proximity to you, however patronage is restricted in the space at this time to avoid contacts.
