When completing booking your appointment online, specifications for each appointment will be laid out in our “Procedure Compliance” section, to ensure you are prepared & informed.
Due to cleanliness, safety and tattoo policy- no one under 18 (including infants) or pets allowed on the premises for your appointment.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and go towards the cost of your service. If you cancel, you forfeit your deposit.
If you wish to reschedule: you can one time, transfer your deposit to another appointment time within a month of your original appointment, with at least 72 hours notice.
Your appointment time has been set aside for you and requires a certain amount of time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late:
Your service either cannot be completed that day and you will forfeit your deposit,
Or it will be cut short (hourly charge procedures) and may not be completed depending on your service type.
